Privacy Policy

Velox.PM (velox.pm) is operated by Quickers Venture S.L. (“we”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace name.
• Product data you create: projects, issues, sprints, comments, and prompts you send to AI agents.
• Technical data: session cookies, IP address, and basic request logs needed to run and secure the service.

Why we process it

• To create and operate your workspace (contract).
• To generate backlogs and QA tests via our AI providers (legitimate interest / contract).
• To keep the service secure and debug incidents (legitimate interest).

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookies from Supabase. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies in this public beta.

Processors

Hosting: Vercel. Database and auth: Supabase. AI generation: Anthropic. They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide Velox.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to processing. Email alberto.estarriaga@quickers.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD.
